Se confirmó el auto suplicado, por el cual se rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad formulada por el accionante de la referencia contra los Arts. 15 y 34 de la Ley 270 de 1996.
Lo anterior, debido a que en el presente asunto ha operado el fenómeno de la cosa juzgada constitucional con respecto a las decisiones de esta Corporación, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Art. 243 de la Constitución Política y 46 del Decreto 2067 de 1991, no hay lugar a emitir un nuevo pronunciamiento sobre las normas acusadas.
